Village Woods has 44 lots on a 155 acre development in Prince Edward County. Currently 20 lots have been sold and some are finished with homes.

There is plenty of room and space between homes. Each lot is between 1.1 and 2.5 acres. On the south end of the development there are 40 acres of walking and biking trails.

All homeowners have access to the Bay of Quinte via a 50 foot parkette that extends from Prince Edward Road #3 down to the shore of the Bay.

Careful attention to the environment has been a priority since the beginning. In the last few years over 1000 trees -including Austrian, white and red pine, spruce, maple, ash and chestnut- have been raised on site and transplanted throughout the property.
